It's the economy, stupid.

People remember what things used to be like and what they're like now. That's all that is going to matter in 2024.

My father died a millionaire and my mother died a multimillionaire.

No they didn't.

Where did the money come from? Working at Burger King.

No it didn't.

Quote:

What happened to my Trump-voting relatives who scorned working? Divorce after adultery (see Trump), bankruptcy (see Trump), death from obesity (see Trump), death from smoking, death from drugs, and death from alcohol (see Trump's brother). Never have any of my Trump-voting relatives understood the rigid connection between their self-control failures and their endless stream of legal, health, and financial problems and their lack of success in America.

This is what happened to all of your redneck relatives regardless of who they voted for and this is what will happen to you.

Quote:

In the mind of a Trump-voter it is never their fault they fail in life. It's got to be a politician's fault. But Trump, selling himself as the opposite of a politician, cannot fix what is wrong with the lives of Trump-voters. They either fix their own lives or die as failures.

You are the same piece of shit you always were on these boards. That's because you blame everybody else in your life for your problems and never take accountability for your own actions and behavior.

And once again, you've littered another thread with the same bullshit you've posted here 1000 times before.

This is how the Trumptards could harass Biden in revenge for Trump being indicted:

It is not hard to imagine a conservative local prosecutor trying to charge President Biden with, say, failing to adequately guard the border.

“This presents the opportunity for potentially thousands of state and local prosecutors to investigate and charge a president without the impediment imposed by D.O.J.’s policy against indicting sitting presidents,” said Stanley M. Brand, a former House counsel whose firm represents a couple of Trump associates in the investigation into the mishandling of classified documents.

That's what I told Ted yesterday, stupid.

That's the problem with you. You don't understand what evidence looks like, so you keep falling for bullshit over and over.

A billion flies eat shit.

Trumps indicted loser. How's that?

What you think just happened isn't what happened, Ted. An indictment over a technicality after six years of media and political persecution, originating from a Democrat shithole with a Soros funded DA who has let actual violent criminals right back out on the street to commit more violence is 1000 times weaker than the two Impeachments that happened while Trump was President.

Democrats have just slit their own throats and opened the floodgates for Republicans to start criminalizing politics right back the other way.

If I were Nancy Pelosi, I'd either retire quietly or spend the rest of my nights without getting any sleep.

What you still don't seem to grasp here, Ted, is that we WANTED this to happen. So did Trump. He was all but begging for them to do it.

I guess Mike Pence is no longer on Ted's Good Boy list.

How do you convict Trump? The Dominion vs Fox News case shows how it is done. Fox News damaged Dominion because that is what Trump wanted.

Judge rules that Fox News lied
Kevin Drum / March 31, 2023 at 06:57PM

The judge in the Dominion lawsuit against Fox News has issued a summary judgment that Fox did, indeed, lie about Dominion's voting machines:

In his ruling, Davis determined that the conservative cable-news network had undeniably broadcast falsehoods when it allowed allies of Donald Trump to float baseless conspiracy theories about Dominion supposedly rigging voting machines to boost Joe Biden.

However, Davis said he will leave it to a jury to decide whether Fox knew the statements were false when they aired them or acted recklessly in doing so — the “actual malice” standard required to prove a case of defamation.

This means Dominion doesn't have to clutter up its case by convincing a jury that Fox lied. Nor that the lies defamed Dominion. Nor that Fox was "just reporting the news." The judge has already decided those questions.

All they have to do is show that Fox knew it was lying
—which seems like something of a no-brainer to me. Still, Dominion has to prove it. Stay tuned.

Democrat judge Eric M. Davis appointed by Gun Control Activist Governor Markell.

This will be appealed and thrown out.

Trump raised $4 Million in donations in 24 hours after the indictment was announced. 25% of those were from first time donors.

The campaign also got 16,000 volunteer sign-ups in the same time period. (They will be put to work ballot harvesting and exploiting the new Democrat Covid cheating apparatus).

I wonder if he'll make NFTs of these, or if he'll decide to go a more traditional route and make coffee mugs, bumper stickers and T-shirts of the mugshots?

I would never give a single penny to any politician. Not even Donald Trump.

That being said, nobody gives one single shit about Rachel Maddow's opinion.

Remember this, idiot?

That's as old as your Countdown thread.

Sad.

Bill Clinton: dodgy record for sure, but he paid large fines and lost his law license. No pardons. No one avoided trial.

Donald Trump commits crimes, but pardons many of his favored cronies so they never go to trial.

April Fools Believe Trump:

Former President Donald Trump took a break from his indictment woes Saturday to boast about his friendship with Russian President Vladimir Putin – and to claim that the estimated 8,000 civilians killed in the Ukrainian conflict would be alive if he was still in charge.

"Actually, I got along very well with Putin," Trump posted on his Truth Social platform.

"There would be no Russia-Ukrainian War right now if I were President. All of those lives would have been saved, all of those people would be living and healthy right now!"

The United Nations' estimate is for non-combatants. Many more have died in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine if military members are included.

It's not the first time that Trump has said the war would not have happened if he was still president, and that if he's elected he could end it. He hasn't detailed how he would do that.

Trump’s mounting legal troubles simultaneously strengthen him as a candidate for the GOP presidential nomination and weaken him as a general election nominee.

A succession of polls showed that Trump has significantly increased his lead over Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, his closest competitor in the race for the Republican nomination.

Yet recent surveys have also signaled that this criminal charge — and other potential indictments from ongoing investigations — deepen the doubts about Trump among the suburban swing voters who decisively rejected him in the 2020 presidential race, and powered surprisingly strong performances by Democrats in the 2018 and 2022 midterms.

Let's not be hyperbolic and/or forget that the Electoral College is a thing.

The tight races in the trio of states had a big electoral impact. As NPR's Domenico Montanaro has put it, "just 44,000 votes in Georgia, Arizona and Wisconsin separated Biden and Trump from a tie in the Electoral College."

We're going to be canvassing neighborhoods, ballot harvesting and stuffing drop boxes using your new cheating apparatus this time.

You were warned.

Good luck.
