Just as before you've got it wrong. Belarus doesn't have any Nukes. Nor, are they getting any. Russia says it is moving some of its nukes there. And, they are not giving control of them to anyone else.

If I remember correctly, they are to be flown there in Russian strategic bombers. And if they are to be used, that is how and by whom.
