How can angel and darla have a baby if they both dead and a vampire and if they did have sex how can angel not lose his soul?

They can because it was a miracle or magic. I'll try not to be too spoilerish for you here but there's a big bad later on who takes credit for it. But you know how big bad's like to talk a big game. Also the sex not making him go all soulless thing is because it isn't sex that brings him perfect happiness. Sex with Buffy was a perfectly happy moment because they were in love (awwww). Angel apparently can have sex as long as he's just using the person to get some action.

We'll im figuring you dont know much about the show or that you have watched it, but the baby was a mystical baby 2 vampires are not supposed to have a baby but later on in the show it seems that the reason she got pregnant was one of the powers empregnented her so conner would have sex with cordy and spawn that power.

The reason that angel did not lose his soul is the only way he loses his soul is if he reaches prefect happiness. he did not completely truely love darla the way he loved buffy, and he had bad things going on in his life, its hard to be perfectly happy, and as wesly later says most of the best relationships in the history of man had to settle with moderate happiness.
