Let's see the Pelosi's taxes. I'm sure they've done it to.

Trump owed $46 million to the Treasury but he asked for a $2.1 million refund. That is cheating, which only becomes obvious if Trump's tax returns are audited. They were not audited despite Trump saying he was being audited.

Trump received more than $154.2 million in wages, interest, dividends, capital gains, and pensions over the six years when he ran for president or lived in the White House. Despite this huge revenue stream, Trump reported minus $53.2 million in Adjusted Gross Income, the last number on the front page of your Form 1040 income tax return.

Other Tax Schemes

The Congressional report raises questions about numerous other tax deductions Trump took, including charitable deductions that may be bogus or overstated; treating personal expenses as business expenses; loans to his three older children that may be to escape gift taxes; and reporting almost $5 million of capital contributions as tax-deductible business expenses.

In short, Trump’s tax returns are a rich environment in which questionable conduct is found throughout the filings and needs only seasoned auditors to uncover fictional expenses.

He already has paid his taxes.

If you don't like the game, vote in people who will change it.

I am not going to bother explaining this to somebody who needs TurboTax to figure out his 1040EZ.

Trump knew his last 6 tax returns are unlawful because he lost two trials over his 1984 income taxes in which he did the exact same things. Both judges, in scathing opinions, ruled that Trump committed civil tax fraud.

Oh yeah?

Here's a few observactions and a few questions...

Firstly, https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/dcreport-org/

(And I would question the legitimacy of mbfc here since they say dcreport-org is "left-center" when it's very clearly on the absolute fringe on their own line and might as well just be Left).

As for the judges...

H. Gregory Tillman is so low-level that you'd be hard pressed to find any info on him other than here: https://opengovny.com/attorney/1088269 , and most Google hits for that name are just the Daily Beast article written by Johnston in 2017, and copycat Leftoid media cites that copied his work.

He doesn't know shit about tax code.

Frank W. Barrie is pretty damn low-level too and doesn't have much info online either: https://www.martindale.com/attorney/frank-w-barrie-562343/ , but at least he specializes in tax code.

But in Johnston's story, the only thing he had to say about Judge Barrie's opinion was this:

Quote:

“Mr. Mitnick has prepared Donald Trump’s income tax returns for the last 20 years and testified that Mr. Trump had no income tax due against with the credit ‘could have been applied,’” Judge Barrie wrote in his 23-page opinion.

Quote above from the 2017 article written by David Cay Johnston for the Daily Beast, that Johnston himself linked in his own DCReport.org article from the 27th of this month: https://www.thedailybeast.com/new-evidence-donald-trump-didnt-pay-taxe
s

Why pick that single sentence to present to you as his argument against Trump out of a 23-page opinion by the Judge? It seems rather weak to me.

There doesn't appear to be any scathing rebuke of Trump's claims by the Judge who actually knew about tax code. Indeed, if there were, Mr. Johnston would have put that in his article instead of the sentence I quoted from his article above. Did Trump even "lose" that appeal? Who knows? You don't know the answer from reading the Daily Beast article from 2017 anyhow. Maybe he did lose that appeal as Johnston frankly claims in the last sentence of the first paragraph of his article, but Johnston certainly doesn't offer any proof or court citations for you to verify yourself.

So...

If Trump did lose that appeal, were there any further appeals? How did those court cases go? Did Trump end up having to pay anything additional for his 1984 tax obligation in the end? Additional taxes due? Penalties? Late fines? Legal fines? Did he see any prison time?

Mr. Johnston strangely leaves all of that up to the reader of his articles to imagine what happened for themselves, knowing full well that he'd already done his job by leading his readership (and the readership of all of the inevitable copycat Leftist media sites and organizations) to the conclusion he wanted them to reach, also knowing full well that none of his readers (or the people copying his story) would do any digging themselves.

And just how badly did the public school system damage your brain where you are incapable of critical thinking?

If you want Trump as your President that is fine with me. You don't have to justify your vote by convincing me (or yourself) Trump didn't cheat on his taxes. Likewise, 6ix, you don't have to justify not getting vaccinated by convincing me (or yourself) that vaccines are dangerous. 6ix, believe whatever stupid thing you want and misunderstand everything. It is your right as an American!

I accept your concession.

If you change your mind and want to appeal your own decision, here's the questions you can think about today and answer while I'm doing something vastly more important than giving you lessons in tax code and law.

Remember Trump and food? He is obviously obese, but won't stop his gluttony until he ends up in a jail where his food intake is controlled. Remember how Trump acts around money? His tax cheating is also obvious, but he won't stop until he is jailed. If fat Trumptards want to vote for Trump, that is fine with me. If tax-cheating Trumptards want to vote for Trump, that's also fine.

That's not a legitimate reply, so once again...
