I know some folks have panned the TV show 'Charmed'. . .but on TNT right now, at 18:04 EST, Our favorite gentleman criminal, Mark Sheppard, is on as the bad guy.

My husband and I thought we spotted him on Monk recently as well. Pretty sure it was him.

For some reason he reminds me a little of Peter Lorre.

I saw it! Is he American or a Brit doing an American accent. He is great....I'll be watching for him.

According to IMDB, he's a Brit from Manchester. His accent certainly Sounds authentic and I'm a Yank in the UK.
