Yup, you never know. I managed 1 decent hand which was winds and dragons but it only got me over 600 points. And it took me an hour to break a thousand.

Out for my walk in a bit. Still need my cane. A big storm was suppose to blow through last night but I don't think anything hit my area.

Have to see what happens weather wise today.

Hope we didn't hurt Jaynez' feelings yesterday about the out-of-hand necroposting Sigs.

I agreed with you on it the first time and decided that the annoying factor wasn't as big of a con as bringing up old posts and updating them with current events was. But it was getting a little crazy in the last few weeks there, wasn't it?

Growing up in a Republic was nice... Shame we couldn't keep it.

Those old posts were a lot more interesting than the monomaniacal ones now. It's all RUSSIA! RUSSIA! and TDS.

We had the expected drizzle/ showers this AM, which didn't amount to more than 1/16". Aside from walking the dog, I managed to get most of my online Xmas shopping done today. Like most Xmases, I get practical gifts. I hope they'll be well-used.
Outdoor work postponed until it dries out tomorrow.

Got a dusting of snow on my balcony this afternoon but that was all. Weather people still say snow or a mix of rain and snow coming. This storm all depends on where you live.

Yeah. I think they're even bored with themselves. Their posts seem to be less frequent every week.

Making a lot of progress on my computer project stuff. Not much else going on right now.

Won't be helping my friend out tomorrow. He forgot some of his wife's family was coming and staying overnight and he'll be watching Football on Sunday and doesn't want to take the room apart until after the weekend. I think he's going to have a tough time letting that setup go.

We're going to have a lot of catchup work to do if the weekend is burned though. His choice. He's the one who's got to work all week.

Hey, I know you're concerned about getting sucked into your 'puter project, but I look at it this way: when nothing else is going on it's a good default. Bc, yanno, even ' 'puter projects need some love!
I've got to find me a good default. I have a potential 'puter projects if my own: finish organizing and archiving my digital photos. It would be better than playing solitaire, wouldn't it?
:smile;

Yesterday another day busy with thises and thats.

It's sunny and cool today, so more yardwork is in today's schedule. General cleanup and raking, I think.
