Base rate fallacy
This particular fallacy has done heavy duty in recent years in the narrative of vaccination skeptics and Covid-hoaxers: breathless posts on social media proclaimed that, because more people being hospitalized with Covid are vaccinated than unvaccinated, vaccinations are in fact harmful. But the reason is simply that the pool of the vaccinated is much greater, so a smaller proportion of the vaccinated being hospitalized ends up as a larger proportion of the hospitalized being vaccinated.

Everybody I know who was vaxxed has gotten Covid multiple times. My 30 year old cousin was diagnosed with Leukemia months after his vax. A 44 year old childhood friend of mine died of a heart attack this year and left a wife and kid behind, even though he was in good shape and regularly went to the gym.

I think it depends on circumstances.
It was easy for me to be brave. I didn't have a family to support or a job that was being extorted. I didn't have anything that they could take from me by refusing it.
I think the politicians who made money off of the stock market in the last 2 years should have to forfeit all of their earnings and pay back anybody who was forced to take the jab with the threats of their livelihood being taken away. Afterall, they can't sue Pfizer or Moderna. That's the law.
But yeah... go back to my "6 Steps" to compliance I was presenting to Kiki when this was all still early. Anybody who got the jab in the steps leading up to taking your job away if you didn't comply gets what they deserve.
I do feel bad for any kids who didn't have a choice in the matter and had insane parents though. Including not one, but two of my nieces who probably won't be able to bear children when they're adults... Assuming they live that long. God or something like it willing.
