Mr Rittenhouse argued that the case should be dismissed as he wasn't properly served, but the Judge denied that claim saying he is purposefully concealing his residence to evade the law. In order to serve the lawsuit, John Huber had to have private investigators track down Mr Rittenhouse's residence - searching addresses in seven states. Eventually, they found his mother and sister's address in Florida. His sister was actually served and claimed he was not home. Judge Adelman says that is sufficient evidence of being served.

I'll be the first to admit that a kid shouldn't have been walking around the streets with a gun that night or any other night, but if we're EVER going to come to the middle here and meet, you guys have to walk the rest of the way to me and finally admit that the riots of 2020 were riots that got out of hand and set the stage for what happened that day.
And stop talking about January 6th as if it were Pearl Harbor or 9/11 when you completely ignored the entire summer of anarchy that year, or when you ignored the black guy in Wisconsin who mowed down a couple dozen white people in a Christmas Parade last winter. That single dude killed twice as many people and injured dozens more in just a few seconds with his van than Rittenhouse did in Wisconson and the Federal Police in DC did combined. And not one of those people did anything to him to deserve it. Especially the kid he killed.

You need to ask yourself why you care so much about Kyle and a few Trump supporters being killed by Federal Police on January 6th when you never gave a single shit about all of those people being mowed down in a Christmas parade last winter.
