6ix is disbelieving and unconcerned until after he has seen the classified documents and makes his own determination whether Trump should (or should not) have these documents. No one will show 6ix those documents, therefore 6ix will maintain that Trump is not a crook.

Besides secret paper documents not being returned to the Federal government, there are other sets of paper documents Trump has not returned. He has not sent the paper checks paying his income taxes for the years 2000 all the way to 2021. Those missing paper documents will eventually get Trump into trouble. But until then, Trump will be fine.
No one will show 6ix Trump's income tax documents, therefore 6ix will maintain that Trump is not a crook.

If there was anything super important in there, like NUCLEAR FUCKING SECRETS, why did the FBI and DOJ wait THREE FUCKING DAYS to execute the raid after they got their FISA rubber stamp warrant that allowed for TWO FULL FUCKING WEEKS for it to be executed?
Also, if anything serious were expected to be found there, why add this line:

Legally, it can't, unless a law-enforcement agency gets a court order granting it access to a specific taxpayer's return. The IRS isn't supposed to proactively alert other agencies about misdeeds unless terrorism is involved. In that case, it still needs a court order to disclose anything, but the IRS can initiate the legal process on its own.
The rules are all spelled out in an IRS guide to "section 6103," the law that covers tax-return confidentiality.

To declassify documents, there’s a process to be followed. Trump didn’t follow them when he was president, and he can’t claim a privilege he doesn’t have.

In his 1838 Young Men’s Lyceum speech, in which he warned about mob violence and people who disrespected America’s laws and courts, Abraham Lincoln said, “As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.” Today it is Lincoln’s party that wants America to die by suicide.
