Have you had time to read about how Ayman al-Zawahiri didn't even do the courteous thing and die of Covid when the rest of the world was dying of Covid in late 2020?
Not only did he already die in 2020 almost 2 years before Biden* was single-handedly responsible for murdering him with a drone strike, but somehow he was one of the few dead people in 2020 that didn't die of Covid.
