What does the press release mean?
It simply means that American manufacturers received cash from Congress. In exchange the manufacturers ship death-to-Russia machines to Ukraine via Pentagon transportation. Ukraine never sees the cash, which stays with the American manufacturers of death machines, but in exchange for machines, Ukrainians kill Russians in ways that involve loud noises and grotesque action scenes that even the best Hollywood directors can't believably imitate. It's the eternal wheel of life and death. Money keeps the wheel rolling over the bodies of Russians, crushing them into bloody mush which impresses Congress to send more money to crush more Russians.

Russia won't win if Republican Congressmen and the European Union keep sending Russian-killing-machines to Ukraine. Putin will run out of Russians willing to die for him before Ukraine runs out of Ukrainians that are willing and able to kill Russians. Raytheon will be very pleased to take the money for those machines to keep the process rolling along of reducing the population of Russians.

I can't imagine what SEVOND would do if/when Russia accepts Kiev's surrender. Probably try to redefine victory and defeat by claiming Russia used "too many" munitions, or took too much economic loss or some such nonsense, the same way he tries to rewrite WWII history.

Some people can’t think of anything intelligent to say but at the same time they can’t keep their yaps shut, so they settle for saying something stupid. Or something contrary, or if they don’t have that they just agitate/troll.
Trump is done. He had his time. He should have ended like any cult leader of his ilk, dead and surrounded by a stack of bodies. Like Jim Jones. The Capital would have made an impressive Jonestown. People who worked for him as president are tripping over themselves to throw him to the fishes.
