Weather tonight for Thursday and through the long weekend it is suppose to be in the low 20aC which puts it into the 50sF. So it will be comfortable by the weekend.

Damn, SIX, that's some hot weather! I expect tritip extended hot spells around here, but I think you're into record-breaking territory! At least here, when it gets hot, it's usually not humid.

Yeah. It's been pretty miserable. We haven't had a summer like this for a while. I don't think we're breaking any records yet though. I've seen some pretty hot ones in my life.

Back from my walk and I didn't need the umbrella I lugged along. 
That was good.
Sitting down now after getting my supper on. Got a small piece of pork tenderloin cooking with some potatoes, sprouts and mushrooms covered in V-8 juice. Low heat so I don't need to worry about it until I'm ready for supper.

3 coats of paint on the new pantry shelves. Should be able to install them tomorrow, but I'll wait a few days before cutting the contact paper for them.
Got a bit of the electrical done and cleaned up any stray nails and staples and whatever else the previous owners had put up all over the place in the garage wood.

In between yet more Dr appts I managed to clear enough space for two hills of watermelons (three plants each). Next five days or so are appt-free and predicted to stay under 85, so I should be able to clear space and plant okra and muskmelon. The last two are experiments, I've never grown them before.
My pepper and tomato seedlings are still too small to plant, I'll thin them out and let them grow up a little bit more. But the nursery plants are thriving. In the meantime, xfer my attention to the front yard.

Since I already showed you the pantry when I'd finished everything but the two shelves that I wanted to put on drawer slides, I figured it wouldn't be right not to show you the finished product (well... minus the white contact paper I'll put on the surfaces of them after they've had a few days to cure )
This was one of two boards I used for them. They came out of an ancient cabinet I had in my garage before taking everything apart to build shelving. It's 3/4" wide, just like the plywood shelves I made above them were, but I wanted to have some real wood here since these things would be on drawer slides and the weight of the stuff on the shelves would probably pull out of plywood.
I had 4 of these shelves, and god only knows where I salvaged them from. I think I kept them after getting rid of my hoard the first time, back during my drinking days. I had 5 of them, but I used one around Christmas time to make a new keyboard pull out drawer for my brother's desk. I didn't need much of these, but because of the nice ends that were already on them I was going to be able to make nice decorative sides and backs for the shelving without having to bother breaking out the jigsaw or router.
Everything cut down to size, pre-sanding.
Everything sanded, then glued together, clamped down and shot from the back and the bottom with 1.25" brad nails.
1 coat of primer, 3 coats of paint.
I took this shot after installing the brackets for the top shelf and after drilling my holes for the drywall anchors below it.
I spent a lot of time checking that everything was level and plumb. Take a second to think about how drawer slides pull out and how you'd take the drawer out... Yeah. When the drawer is pulled from the cabinets you have tons of room to put your fingers down and hit the latches on the sides to get the drawer out.
I was only going to have one shot at this. 
THEY'RE AWESOME!!!!
I can't wait to get the contact paper on them so I can finally use them. It's been months since I finished that pantry and the coat closet otherwise.
One more thing off the to-do list.
