He can be a very good actor.

Perhaps smaller can be better, Locke is a good movie, Child 44 a lost opportunity however 'Capone' with its small budget was not received well. I didn't care so much for the Venom Blockbuster stuff.

Some hype about

'Phoenix Rising' documentary by Amy Berg is a detailed exposé of the abuse that actor Evan Rachel Wood is alleged to have suffered at Goth weirdo artist Marilyn Manson.

A world music film 'The Disciple' sound and tonal scales and melancholic rhythms on par set against Mumbai’s bustling cityscape

A movie about 'Strawberry Mansion' neighborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania aka Summerville, had many wealthiest residents, came to have a high Jewish population, but the 1950s and 1960s brought an economic decline and urban decay.

'We’re All Going to the World’s Fair' coming of age horror weird drama, teenage Casey alone in her attic bedroom, scrolling the internet under the glow-in-the-dark stars.

Weird toon 'Cryptozoo' American adult animated drama film written

'Vivarium' house-hunting couple end up in a TwilightZone nightmare plays out like an episode of Black Mirror.

Did Evan Rachel Wood hook up with Marylin Manson or something?

If so, are we supposed to feel sorry for her if something bad happened to her during that particular relationship after seeing this movie?

I for one won't feel sorry for anybody who was abused by Marilyn Manson in a relationship, regardless of what genitalia they're packing under their undies.

Did you not have MTV in your house Mrs. Wood?

Hard pass.

I liked Venom. Probably more than I should have, and probably because Hardy was the star and I thought so highly of Locke.

I didn't care much for the sequel, but it was one of the rare times I've been in a theater in the last 10 years and it was with my brother and dad, so we had a good time. Only $5 per ticket there too, so I feel it was worth $5 for the experience.

Seems he's going to do more Venom and Madmax but that's for another discussion outside the Indie film thread

Have you seen him in anything else that was good? I only know him from Locke and Venom now. I'd like to see more of his range. He's obviously got a pretty wide one.

I enjoyed watching some of the TV series Taboo, I might return to finish it. I think Covid put it on hold and it might return in 2023.

Good luck.

One of the few deaths that Covid actually did cause was Amazon Prime's Utopia.

RIP, awesome TV show.
