Is he trying to surpass Stalin in murdering his own people? Didn’t he say Ukrainians and Russians were one and the same?
He is cracking G. He knows his legacy is that of a failed leader. He destroyed Russia and he knows it. What's more, he knows the world knows it as well.
I think maybe the oligarchs he is killing he dislikes and doesn't want them celebrating his downfall. He'd rather kill them.
