It wasn't even an attack. It was a bunch of drunk idiots who were let inside by somebody so they could be filmed doing drunk idiot things and the lying Legacy Media could lie that it was a coup attempt for the next 10 months.
These weren't people even capable of making a plan, let alone carrying anything out.
Most people still don't even know who died or what most of their political affiliations were.
If this were an actual coup, insurrection or even an "attack", there would have been several high profile people who aren't with us anymore. At least a few. I'd guess several dozen more than just a few, considering that security was strangely absent, they were allowed to waltz right on in, and there were so many of them.
