Quote:The prosecutors should question the Judge, under oath, if he is a Trumptard. I'm certain the judge would refuse to answer that question or any others about why his phone plays the exact version of a song that Trump uses at his rallies - Trump's theme song. There would be zero reason not to answer, other than the judge doesn't want to go to the place where he is questioned about prejudging the case and siding with little baby Kyle, who cries on the witness stand about how wrong it is punish him for murdering two people because he is a Trumptard. Watch the judge actually give Kyle a bottle to calm the weeping baby.

SECOND: You are implying that ANYONE who sings "God Bless America" is a "Trumptard".
The judge should not have the stopped the trial for ten minutes. The jury needs to see precisely how long it takes for Kyle to get control of his emotions. They need to judge this baby, not comfort him, since he murdered two victims. The Judge won't allow calling them victims because that prejudices the jury against Kyle. There are no victims, none, in this case, other than Kyle, according to the Judge.

So now you want political tests for judges, bc if they don't have the "correct" politics they can't sit on cases?
Has this judge ever given ANY indication that his rulings have been biased, and not based in law???
Has he ever overstepped his bounds as egregiously as the prosecutor did in the Rittenhouse case?
*****
Prosecutors should question Comey, Strzok, Brennan, Haspell, Lisa Page, McCabe, Steele, Sondland, Fiona Hill, Sussman (Perkins Coie lawyer), Clinesmith (FBI lawyer), Hillary Clinton, and a host of others, under oath, as to whether they engaged in a five-year campaign to bring false charges against Donald Trump.
Now THAT is an investigationn worth pursuing.
Not your gnat-catching "wrong song" peccadillo.
But, we know it will never happen because those high up in power control the process.

And the best you an come up with is more lies (libel).
Yanno, I understand Rittenhouse falling apart on the stand. He's a young man describing a fraught experience under charged circumstances. He's all keyed up. I can even understand it being staged (altho it's hard to see how someone can make their face go red, on cue.)
But you're an older man who's seen a lot. What's YOUR excuse for being a duplicitious, twisted fuck who hates everyone and who lies at the first opportunity?
You can hardly hate Rittenhouse for "lying" (as you see it) when you do the very same yourself. You're even less virtuous than he is.

Quote:You are getting completely speculative about me, my dear Russian troll, but I am not speculating about you. You have posted a thousand times that Russia didn't interfere in the 2016 election and Trump didn't obstruct the investigation. Being wrong a thousand times does not make you right, Signym.

Justice Dept. Never Fully Examined Trump’s Ties to Russia, Ex-Officials Say
The former deputy attorney general maneuvered to keep investigators from completing an inquiry into whether the president’s personal and financial links to Russia posed a national security threat.
The Justice Department secretly took steps in 2017 to narrow the investigation into Russian election interference and any links to the Trump campaign, according to former law enforcement officials, keeping investigators from completing an examination of President Trump’s decades-long personal and business ties to Russia.
The special counsel who finished the investigation, Robert S. Mueller III, secured three dozen indictments and convictions of some top Trump advisers, and he produced a report that outlined Russia’s wide-ranging operations to help get Mr. Trump elected and the president’s efforts to impede the inquiry.
But law enforcement officials never fully investigated Mr. Trump’s own relationship with Russia, even though some career F.B.I. counterintelligence investigators thought his ties posed such a national security threat that they took the extraordinary step of opening an inquiry into them. Within days, the former deputy attorney general Rod J. Rosenstein curtailed the investigation without telling the bureau, all but ensuring it would go nowhere.
A bipartisan report by the Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committee released this month came the closest to an examination of the president’s links to Russia. Senators depicted extensive ties between Trump associates and Russia, identified a close associate of a former Trump campaign chairman as a Russian intelligence officer and outlined how allegations about Mr. Trump’s encounters with women during trips to Moscow could be used to compromise him. But the senators acknowledged they lacked access to the full picture, particularly any insight into Mr. Trump’s finances.
Now, as Mr. Trump seeks re-election, major questions about his approach to Russia remain unanswered. He has repeatedly shown an openness to Russia, an adversary that attacked American democracy in 2016, and he has refused to criticize or challenge the Kremlin’s increasing aggressions toward the West. The president has also rejected the intelligence community’s finding that Russia interfered in 2016 to bolster his candidacy and the spy agencies’ assessment that Russia is trying to sabotage this year’s election again on his behalf.

You know who I am IRL.
I never said Russian didn't intefere in the election. They posted some posts and Tweeted some tweets. In the torrent of M$M, FB posts and Twitter tweets, they were nearly invisible.
What the Trump campaign did NOT do is "collude" with Russia, which is what occupied the media... AND YOUR POSTS ... 24/7/365 for years. What there is no evidence for is that the Russians "exfiltrated" the DNC emails.
As usual. when caught in a lie you move the goalposts.
We all know what you are, SECOND.
You're a hater.
You're a killer.
You're a leech on the American people.
You hate the Constitution.
You hate the Framers.
You hate America.
You hate Americans.
You even hate "God Bless America".
You've posted it often enough!
And you will lie compulsively and obsessively in service to your hate, and virtue-signal endlessly to cover your sins.
And since you're less of a person than Rittenhouse, I'm putting you on "ignore", again. So I will spend the next few months doing what I've done the past few months: Ignoring you.

The greatest good for the greatest number.
Of course that begs the questions 'what is good' and 'when do you measure it'?
If having an abundant good life is 'good', but the population eventually kills the planet with its abundant life - was an abundant life for so many a good thing? And so on.
It's a philosophy made for people who have delusions of omniscience.
