I caught xome courtTV tonight.
The prosecutor's opening statement claimed that Kyle was chasing Rosenbaum, in contrast to the defense case stating that Kyle was acting in self defense.
Then the first day of presenting his case, he is showing videos which all show Kyle being chased by arsonist/rioter Rosenbaum.
Not a lot of folk were able to make sense of that.

People jump on various bandwagons VERY QUICKLY on bias and hysteria but little to no carefully- vetted evidence (JO753, REAVERBOT, SECOND, TWITCHY, G .... JSF and SIX - on Covid).
Very seldom do they learn how wrong they might have been because they never pursue the allegations to the bitter end.

He didn't "blow" the case. He told the truth. The inescapable truth.
The video is out there. Has been for a very, very long time now. You can clearly see that this is how everything played out.
If the one-armed man were to have said that the events unfolded any other way, he'd be guilty of perjury.
