I'm just hoping they bring back Utopia.
I almost didn't continue watching it after an event in the first few episodes, but my old man said he knew exactly what part I was talking about and he almost stopped watching it too but was glad he stuck with it.
I'm actually shocked that they released it right now. The current events in the world are the reason people speculate that it won't be returning.
I've only recently become aware that it was a remake of a UK television show. I'm going to have to watch that one as well and compare.

So the 2021 to 2022 -ish tv Timetable? New tv schedule means we have to film in Aus or Taiwan or New Zealand or S.Korea or some place... ??? Or maybe its all a blessing in disguise
Walking Dead might finally end? Brooklyn Nine-Nine, American Horror paused, Supernatural American TV series finally ends after FIFTEEN SEASONS? Another bla bla Fast & Furious movie is delayed or shut, another Shazam 2 gone for another year, another Marvel Disney thing The Eternals is delayed, Grey's Anatomy got the flu, Russian Doll is broken.

Batwoman gets three seasons and Firefly only got one.
That's the world we're living in.

I don't agree with these choices btw, I tried Castle Rock it was painfully bad writing tried Sweet Tooth and thought it was terrible not meaningful no real heart, 'RuPaul's Drag seems to be mindless perverted crap, wouldn't be shocked to hear if one of the homosexuals get arrested in the near future for weird pedo shit. Walking Dead is just one of those Boring Zombie supernatural horror survival shows that went on way too long and wont die.

There is this theory out there that Hollywood Using Radical Feminist ideas, Diversity etc To Justify Potentially Doomed Shows and Justify pumping money into Dead Franchises?
I've watched some stuff but very few shows are keeping my attention, If I see too many pro-jihad messages or degeneracy or open0-borders propaganda it only puts me off the show.
they even did an illegal Immigrant ‘Party of Five’ Reboot?
Que?
Party of Five es una neuva remake serie de la televisión de drama estadounidense basada en la serie homónima emitida en FOX desde 1994 al 2000 et ¿Por qué Estados Unidos ha cerrado fronteras?
I typically do not finish shows, some people can watch all episodes of JJ Abrams Lost or Supernatural or some StarWars StarTrek thing but a lot of these shows rarely keep my attention for long, I guess thats why I like Firefly cut down in its prime, I notice a little less superhero stuff now at one time it looked like all tv shows were going to have Superman-ish Spider-Man type characters
I did finish Mandalorian, very George Lucas like and it was enjoyable. some fo the Asian shows I liked I guess what is refreshing is they aren't always injecting this Woke SJW [politics into their shows, they are not interested in the whole political lecturing and Cultural Marxism, they will make a Korean or Thai or Japanese show and they won't apologize for being who they are, in a weird way this normality and honesty to entertianment and media is kind of refreshing.
Here's what people are talking about 2020 and 2021, 'Raised By Wolves' is praised as the best on the ranker website, I'm not sure I agree, I dont think its the best but it kinda draws you in I guess there is something to this story in a galactic spanning post apocalypse tale. I tried Upload and Picard but couldn't really get into them, Picard seemed the better show. if I were to chose I might return to watching Picard. I think Picard is going back to the classic Star Trek type story telling and away from the big gimmicks of explosions you seen in the J. J. Abrams movies I will probably return to watching this series.

Mandalorian for me was one fo the best most enoyable escapist shows

It didn't take itself too serious like other starWars or other scifi, the Baby Yoda mission this little green guy constantly grabbing stuff and doing random things was fun and entertaining in its own way.
I watched the Belgian series 'Into The Night' all of it ... I guess its a bit like Falling Skies or 24 or JJ Abrams Lost or a Containment thriller emergency type show but you will have to read subtitled English over the French language. Supernatural has been getting awards but this Horror Fantasy Thriller is finally coming to an end, for me it has too long a story, its on tv forever, it is too much werid drama and far too many seasons upon season for me to watch
The Mandalorian is liked by its fans, very StarWars setting I liked it as a fun thrilling escapist ride, it is a short and enjoyable watch.
Utopia is well liked I might finish it return to watching it, a comic book story predicting a virus apoclaypse, I guess it draws you in like like Picard, there was some hype about Tidelands an Australian TV-series about fantasy horror Mermaids, the Japanese show Alice in Borderlands is strange version of Tokyo where they must compete in dangerous horror murder games to survive ...I watched a few eps maybe its a bit like Battle Royale or Hunger G

I might watch Picard...the superhero thing is still big on tv with Stargirl, Loki, Doom Patrol, Jupiter's Legacy, I might try The Rookie...or maybe just watch Firefly and Farscape again? One of the Stargate spin off might be worth a rewatch?
A foreign tv show like the German 'Dark' La casa de papel aka Money Heist or 'Ragnarok', I'm still interested in the South Korean stuff.
maybe a cartoon animation like Carmen Sandiego, the Japanese Attack on Titan, the 'Love, Death & Robots ' CGI animation series is interesting.
Over all a poor collection these past years for tv but Hollywood did an even worse job in the cinematic box office wasteland

Stargirl was actually pretty good. I wouldn't have watched it if it weren't for Luke Wilson, and honestly I thought it was quite novel to have a beautiful, physically fit white girl in the lead of a show that managed to check the agenda at the door. I didn't even know that all was possible in 2020 anymore.
Let me know how disappointing Picard was if you watch it.

I'm thinking that Evil, and FBI: Most Wanted were worthy of binging, until FBI started going off the woke rails recently.

I've tried some shows but for now I'm watching 'Squid Games' I think Netflix, very interesting at times, I'm not sure if its trash television or an interesting commentary on the rat race in life.
The great thing about it is the pace, the subtle music, the acting and how the story is allowed unfold.
It's maybe like if you mixed American Wipeout the Japanese gameshow Takeshi's Castle and mix it with a Horror movie, I don't know how to describe it. While it sounds a bit crazy it is an 'Emotional Series' with Drama with good writing good dialogue and plot in its own way, it is neww and getting massively hyped by people watching it now, an overnight sensation, and maybe rightfully so.
I'm not sure if the real bad guy is the cartoonish style masked villian or maybe its just a commentary on life itself in Asia.
Theer is a similar show in Japan called 'Alice in Borderland' but I Do Not recommend it, while the Japanese show has a similar plot and I think is based on some video game thing or Japanese horror suspense comicbook manga series I just found the Japan show very empty, nihilistic maybe and just gore or tension for the sake of gore and tension so, there was something stupid about it so I stopped watch the Japan show. This one from South Korea it keeps you glued in and guessing, while it might be inspired by other ideas this S.Korean is a new very interesting take on the idea Gameshow Horror Survivor idea.
The S.Korea film and tv always impressed me, a smaller population compared to the United States of America and they do have their own powerful film culture, their movies do good in cinema their DVD's for tv drama sell even while they are next to 2 powerhouse giant economies and cultures of China and Japan, the S.Korea tv is strong it stands on its own and film is great.

This show SQUID GAMES
I guess it keeps you going because its like a mystery who-did-it? or maybe its just a trainwreck you can not turn away from? All kinds want to join the game, some have their own issues, some are cold, some are helpful, some are evil, there are gangsters, math teachers, some are manual labor workers, married couples, some are failed gambling investors, people from all walks of South Korean life.
Imagine you mixed a Survivor American TV series island plot about a game show...sounds silly...then you mixed it with a Scifi Horror murder game and then put the show some weird place in Asia with South Korean culture and that's what the series is ...but a Survival Horror Game Show but its not scifi...not really
The main person is called 'Seong Gi-Hun'
He's a gambler, his life is a mess and he has total gamgling addiction, Problem gambling he stupidly signs up games constly and signs to something and gets take to the special 'Death Game'
I'm not sure if this has a 'trashy' side to it, if is B-movie level trash tv, I'm not sure if it has any art message or meaning behind maybe it is trash rubbish but the actors are cool and the show? but it is entertaining in its own way,its South Korean style, passionate acting, well shot camerawork, great pace. I guess it does have social commentary, Squid Game’s backdrop is South Korea’s present-day, the difficulty of life, wealth inequality and the addictions of the mind, how some people hit the bottom.
I think its on Neflix but I'm sure it could possibly be found somehwre...some shows are around places dailmotion, youtube, a vimeo channel, you can find a show if you know the right place to look.
The dubbed version is ok, the dubbing for the main actor is good but I'm swicthing over to Korean every once in a while for episodes, I guess I don't mind the subs and enjoy the sound of the Korean language, I would happily watch either dubbed or subtitled. The writing and the speed are great, the cliffhangers give the series movement and interest and appeal the shows cas

I've tried, I do hope to go back to it but I keep stopping, its not terrible but its not great either.
Thanks for the update and for the honesty.
I always think that most of this stuff isn't nearly as bad as you hear it is.
I don't have much to base that off of, other than actually doing some homework by sitting down and watching Ghostbusters (2016). I fell asleep through it once, but went back and watched the whole thing.
It wasn't good by any means, but it wasn't close to as bad as I'd heard it was either. Really, it wasn't any worse than most Marvel movies that I've seen. Stupid movie for stupid audience. Meant to be completely forgotten by the time the credits roll and you're walking to your car.
But it did actually make me giggle once or twice, which was honestly quite unexpected.
