Fact, he didn't do that when he was testifying. He suggested that on occasion he was thought of that way. And when he meet with the Russian Ambassador the first time in Cleveland, he was traveling at the Trump campaigns expense. Therefore he was acting as a surrogate and representing the campaign at that time.

He's an idiot, but at least I have to give you credit here for not making any mention of the crosshairs in the photo. Apparently a bunch of lefty wackjobs on Twitter were all in a rage about that.

It was clearly part of the logo behind her head in the photo and not doctored after the fact.

lol... Either he's a dumb-ass Boomer who doesn't get the internet, or using that photo was a deliberate troll on several counts. There's no evidence that the original website making that picture is a Russian Troll farm, although some MSM outlets are saying it because, well, of course they are.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when he put that post on his Twitter account. Did he just do a google image search and find the nastiest looking photo he could have of her that just so happened to have a logo in the background with crosshairs on it that was made by a website that MSM outlets are claiming is Russian with no evidence? Was that all a co-incidence?
