FBI-controlled AN0M app ensnares scores of alleged criminals in global police sting
The audacious effort, led by the FBI, Australian police and a host of European law enforcement agencies, gave the officials a window into the conversations of criminal networks as people traded photos of cocaine packed into shipments of fruit, plotted robberies and put out contracts for killings.
Law enforcement officials — some of whom on Tuesday could barely contain their glee — announced they had arrested more than 800 people and gained an unprecedented understanding into the functioning of modern criminal networks that would keep fueling investigations long past the coordinated international raids that took place in recent days.
The effort was “one of the largest and most sophisticated law enforcement operations to date in the fight against encrypted criminal activities,” said Jean-Philippe Lecouffe, the deputy director for operations of Europol, the agency that coordinates police activity among the 27 European Union countries, in a news conference in The Hague.
U.S. law enforcement officials were expected to announce further details of the operation later Tuesday.

Pipeline exec to face Congress as US recovers most of ransom
Colonial Pipeline CEO Joseph Blount will face the Senate Homeland Security Committee on Tuesday, one day after the Justice Department revealed it had recovered the majority of the $4.4 million ransom payment the company made in hopes of getting its system back online. A second hearing is set for Wednesday before the House Homeland Security Committee.

You know exactly why your sockpuppet got banned. Because you couldn't stop telling everybody to kill themselves every day. This is a number one offense on the list of any TOS for any social media.
My YT ban came with zero explanation whatsoever. I never said anything violent to anybody, just like I don't here. For all I know, it was a glitch with their AI. Like when people have had their entire post history deleted on fff.net.
I'm just not willing to submit an appeal form to them with my full name, address and cell phone number to find out. The fact that I don't even have a cell phone alone might mean that I can't even file an appeal.
If I really wanted to, I could just set up a new account with a different email. But that would still leave me without any of my favorites, subscriptions or playlists. And considering you can just disappear off the site without any warning for whatever reason at any time, I have no desire to build another set of favorites, playlists and subscriptions only to have them disappear again in the future.
An organized bookmarks set can essentially do the same thing that a YT membership can do for you if you're not a content creator.
