Not that 1kiki can understand, but the tax records sought by New York go back to 2010. The records show Trump did not pay the taxes he owed. He was a tax cheat back in 2010, but a court won't punish him until after the extremely long legal process runs to completion in about the year 2035. Was Trump innocent of tax cheating from 2010 until 2035? No. By the way, 1kiki, insisting that Trump is innocent doesn't make him innocent. All you are doing is saying over and over that you believe he is innocent until his final appeal of a conviction is rejected by the Supreme Court about 25 years after he committed the crime of tax cheating. Trump was guilty when he signed the tax return in 2010, but he will be "presumed innocent" by fantasists until 2035.
Rough analogy to breakthrough 1kiki's nonsense: a murderer is guilty on the day his victim dies, but is "presumed innocent" until the day he is executed because the Innocence Project may come to the rescue and get the prisoner off of death row.
