Brokenchilde, I'm very happy to see some of our spares picked up. If you feel the need to chat with the other players, a lot of us use instant messengers. How did you find us?

How did I find here? Easy answer: Inaraesque is my corrupting FF angel, and mentioned the opening. Being that I seem to have a weakness for Joss' nutters, how could I possibly resist?
And I stuck it in my bio (I think. if not, it will be), but my Y!M and AIM are: LaCaitiri. If I'm on, I'd be happy to chat.

Raven: Good lead in post for Bolo!
What did you think of the post by DragonFlyDirector {me - CapnRahn, o-course} concerning Slight - I tried to make it as interesting to you and the others as possible.
OH! On the NemeSane {translation: Sanity's Ultimate Enemy} thingy - it was to give you room to make Brink quite bit different than the regular Nemisis class. You had told me of the level of {... what, Insanity? PowerMadness what ever it was...} of Brink's father. So I concluded that First Power (Deceased} Helsing would have put in a failsafe in his own child. I have a few ideas, but did not want to set them up in depth without consulting further with you. So gimme an email if your interested in seeing the further depths of my insanity about background details of the ATLASblue and FP Helsing's NEED to be in control!
I hope it was a good direction for your character and a interesting 'techno-post' to boot.

Quote:Nope, no shady dealings on her part. Mostly that was just Merz and me trying to keep Jayne in the game until you got back, not having a clue in the 'verse what we were doing - and maybe if you saw what we were doing to Jayne, you'd come back faster?

Channain, I just can't wrap my head around that Rowan/Jayne conflict: The cause, the action, the lack of reaction. If you've got something building here, please fill me in.
What can I say - WE MISSED YOU!!!
Looks like I got some catch up reading my own self. No, as you may have noticed, I am not, in fact dead in a ditch - although with freezing rain, there's a darn good chance of that. School started on Monday, and I was in an online course until I realized not only was American Liturature insanely intense, but I didn't actually need it for my degree. So I'll be in Copyright law in about six weeks here instead.
Meantime, I gotta catch up. Bear with me, folks, there's a busy weekend up-n coming, so it will likely entail another of my famed "Where was Rowan all this time" posts on Monday morning.
Capn, did that piece I sent you bore you to tears already? I have a revised version with med-jargon that makes more sense.
Brokenchilde WELCOME! to our little corner of the verse. *pours fresh wine and passes it over* I'm looking forward to reading your contribution to this lengthy, happy little cause.

Everybody seems to have beaten me to it, but just the same: Welcome Brokenchilde to our zany family. :)
Decoy, they make me go first.

LMAO
Through your words, you spread joy. And Harlequin romance unless I'm reading too much into that breast-touching thing. Perhaps later they can take turns squeezing by each other on the catwalk? =P
Maniac, M#2 is... well, to be blunt, a dog. But I'm sure its very nice. Good luck with the picking up of members of the opposite sex, and I'm sure as a companion they're just as good as cats.
Decoy, if you were going for bizarre with the chainsaw piece, consider me trampled under your pen.
BrokenChilde, it's alive! Alive! I sort of wish Jayne cared more and was racing to River's aid, but, well, you know...

*snicker* Oh, I'd expect nothing less from Jayne-- short of a gag so he can fall asleep in peace-- so I'm hardly worried. It's everyone else I'm (as a PC, heh), waiting for...

Hey Gunrunners (Decoy, you might find this intriguing)
It's -14 here today. That's the air temperature. The wind chill is -30. Wanna find out what the cold temperatures of space might feel like, come vist Minnesota in January.
See, Decoy? +30 in winter doesn't sound so bad now, does it?
