Really though... It's not as if any of these series hadn't already trashed themselves before the woke factor swooped in.
Star Wars prequels were awful. Terminator has sucked after T2. I love Pierce Brosnan, but his bond flicks were a joke, and Craig just barely managed to save that franchise. Who saw Indy 4 and actually liked it unironically?
The real problem here is that Hollywood hasn't taken any chances in 2 decades and just keeps churning out by the numbers sequels or reboots. Now they're finally taking chances, but they're all the wrong decisions, and then they attack the fans when they reject the new vision.
Leave the old characters alone if you can't find the right people to make good stories for them. At least pretend like the well of creativity in Hollywood isn't bone dry.

I've heard of Disney removing Finn from Chinese Star Wars movie posters before, but the poster in celebration of this years Star Wars Nerd Day they didn't put a single Disney era character on the poster?
What would Kathleen Kennedy say?

Disney got caught and called out HARD for taking a fan made poster of Neo Star Wars and removing Finn from it. Not just on the Star Wars website, but in a tweet they sent out.
