Going at this from another logical perspective - What would happen if you DIDN'T feel that fear of COVID-19? If you accepted its reality, but without your fear. Wouldn't that power over you of fear also fail at that point?
Still, that you so consistently cling to a false dilemma gives me insight into your thinking. You literally can't understand that people can respond without fear and also without denial. But it's true. Many people, maybe even most people, can accept reality without being driven so mad with fear and paranoia they have to escape those feelings by any means possible.
