Emperor Lord Darth Obiden has scribbled another EO, to Pack The Supreme Court.

Claims the Commission will be unbiased, balanced, and Bi-Partisan.

No worries, almost all of the Commissioners will be from at least one of the 2 Parties - The Communist Party or the Socialist Party.

36 Commissioners, Co-Chaired by 2 Obamination Toadies, to keep wrangled any rational Constitutionalist who wanders astray.

Bob Bauer and Cristina Rodriguez.

Full list of Commissioners here:

/

A rudimentary perusal indicates 23 obvious Libtards, 10 likely conservatives/rational folk, and 3 of unknown/non-obvious bias.

For those math-challenged, a balanced, equal-biased distribution would have no more than 18 Libtards of a 36 member Commission.

Of course that game is fixed. And of course the Legacy Media is lying about it.

Imagine the hypocrisy of a government who will allow businesses to card people to get a job or buy groceries, but won't card people to vote in elections and gives millions of non-citizens free money from taxpayers.

I've been hesitant to make any predictions about this. 4 years ago I would have thought it was preposterous that Democrats would even think this was a good idea, but we're living in times where they're actively trying to get rid of the filibuster which is going to come back to bite them in the ass eventually.

Harry Reid doesn't think it's going to happen.

https://www.dailywire.com/news/harry-reid-warns-biden-against-packing-
supreme-court-we-better-be-very-very-careful

Quote:

Reid’s push for Democrats to exercise caution before doing anything radical to the court system comes after Reid eliminated the filibuster for judicial nominees under former President Barack Obama, a move that then-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) warned Democrats would come to regret. Just a few short years later, they did regret it after President Donald Trump got to select three Supreme Court justices and got to reshape the federal judiciary with scores of conservative judges.

This is exactly what I've been telling everybody on these boards for months now, but in an age of instant gratification and zero planning for the future, they just call me a troll or a Nazi and go back to being wrong about everything.

Read's not wrong about those Trump Judges either...

According to one of their own biased publications, The Atlantic, Trump's power won't peak for another 20 years.

https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2021/04/trump-circuit-court-
judges/618533
/

Quote:

The Trump presidency may be over, but the Trump era has only just begun—at least when it comes to influence over the nation’s courts. Measured solely by the number of judges he appointed, Donald Trump’s impact is staggering: 234 judges, including 54 powerful appellate judges, almost one out of every three. By comparison, President Barack Obama appointed 172 judges (30 of them appellate) in his first term, while George W. Bush managed 204 (35 appellate). But Trump will have an even greater influence than this measurement suggests. That is because his judges won’t reach the apogee of their power until the early 2040s, when Trump-appointed chief judges are on track to simultaneously sit atop nearly every appeals court in the country.

Some folk might be wondering why Libtards are so hair-on-fire shrieking about SCOTUS/

This is because they are on the verge of losing control of SCOTUS for the first time since 1937.

1936 was the last year that SCOTUS voted down New Deal legislation.
In 1937 the Court stopped blocking New Deal, and Congress thwarted FDR's attempt to pack the Court (up to 15 Justices).

The same players were on the Court those 2 years. The (conservative) 4 Horsemen, The (Liberal) 3 Musketeers, and 2 swing votes (Hughes and Roberts, both who claimed to be Republicans).
So that was theoretically a conservative leaning Court, 4C-2S-3L.
In 1937, Hugo Black shifted that to Liberal leaning Court 3C-2S-4L.

Since then there have been some stalwart Justices, but also RINOs like Liberal Republican Warren (53-69), swing voters O'Connor (81-06), Whittaker (57-62), Kennedy (88-18), Roberts (05-current), Blackmun (70-94), Souter (90-09), and also "conservative" Democrap Powell (71-87), the "most liberal on the Court" Stevens (75-10).

In 1939, it had changed to solid Lib with 1C-2S-5L.
In 1940, 1C-2S-6L.
In 1941, 0C-2S-7L.
In 1945, 1C-8L.
In 1953, 1C-1S-7L.
In 1955, 2C-1S-6L.
In 1957, 2C-2S-5L.
In 1962, 2C-1S-6L.
In 1969, 3C-6L.
In 1981, 2C-1S-6L.
In 1990, 2C-3S-4L.
In 1991, 3C-3S-3L.
In 2005, 2C-4S-3L.
In 2006, 3C-3S-3L.
In 2017, 3C-2S-4L.
In 2019, 4C-1S-4L, this is where Libtards become nervous with their meager 5-4 majority.
In 2020, Barrett theoretically switches the court to a "conservative" majority of 5C-1S-3L, for the first time in 84 years. Even though only Thomas, Alito seem to be reliable Justices, so maybe it is really 2C-4S-3L.

Tomorrow the SCOTUS-packing Bill gets introduced to House and Senate.

But it will only add 4 new Libtard Justices, for total of 13 seats.

Senate sponsor is Libtard Markey, MA.

Nice.

Then when Trump is elected again in 2024, he can add 6 more.

By the time I'm retired, the kiddies are going to be paying the salaries, healthcare and retirement for 60 SCOTUS justices.

Fucking idiot Democrats.

Couple notes about those Commissioners.

Seems the most words, despite irrelevance, were deployed for the Libtards.

Judges mentioned included Appointees from JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Bush41, Clinton, Bush43, Obama, and even Lord Darth Biden. But none from Trump, despite his record numbers of Judge Appointments.

Turns out their rationalization for 13 is that is the current number of Circuits.

1. I think that the number of Circuits, although apparently random, is controlled and directed by SCOTUS, or maybe just the Chief Justice. So SCOTUS could actually just reduce the number of Circuits down to 9, or even 8 or 7. So when Breyer dies, his seat does not get filled. Also, as long as Roberts doesn't die before 2025, and he keeps the Circuit total under 9, libtards would need a different rationale to Pack The Supreme Court. This would put conservatives in a conundrum - actually hoping for RINO Roberts to NOT die!

2. Seems like Libtards have a point. It is sooooo much more difficult and challenging to Ride The Circuit in this day and age. It is horrific to endure the travel accomodations of train, carriage, buggy, and horseback to get to all of the Circuit Courts - far from their home in Wash D.C. - compared to how bad it was in 1864 (when SCOTUS had 10 Justices), or 1937 (when FDR tried to pack SCOTUS with a total of 15 Justices.)
