Looks like Jeremy Renner is next on the chopping block.

You know what? None of his personal life is anybody's fuckin' business.

Outside of Firefly and Cabin in the Woods, I'm not a fan of Joss' work, but none of his personal life is anybody's fuckin' business either.

Anybody celebrating the take-down of anybody is a sad, pathetic sub-human.

I'm not the biggest fan of Bill Maher either, but goddamnit if he isn't consistently right about this issue.

And tell me that his opinion of the whole Gina Carano thing doesn't sound exactly like mine.

Yeah, the design company for the ' odal rune' is a huge Dem donator, so we're left with ...

1. A DESIGN company didn't think anything of the lay out, and just by the dumbest of dumb luck, used this as the stage

OR

2. It was done entirely on purpose, to gaslight the Left into hurling accusations @ the Conservatives of being 'secret' Yatzies, but not so secret that they'd hide themselves for who they REALLY are.

Clearly, this was a set up, from the get go.

The symbols scene from The DaVinci Code was, imo, one of the more important lessons I've seen on the big screen, and one which we need to remind ourselves more often.

The concept of perspective, of past ideas, other views and of deep time, is too often lost on us.

Pretty good book, too. I wish in that scene they had mentioned the dates of those Spanish priests, and if they're still dressing like that. I'm guessing not, but I'm too lazy to bother looking it up. It doesn't really matter though, we're being force fed to think and accept things which sometimes aren't half true, or even completely false.

Because the woke mob tells us it is.

I reject that notion.

Did you watch the Bill Maher vid I posted above?

He kind of did the same thing... "white supremacist" Latino Emannuel Cafferty got fired from his job for giving a white supremacist hand gesture out his window and Bill said he was just flicking a booger.

I don't know Bill's stance on the universal OK hand gesture, but I'm willing to bet he knows that whole thing is bullshit and not even bringing it up is part of the joke.

Gina Carano, who played a supporting role on Disney's "The Mandalorian," was fired after comparing the treatment of conservatives to the Holocaust. She's not banned from getting work, and in fact has already landed herself another gig -- funded by conservative pundit Ben Shapiro.

Cancel culture is nothing new.

What, exactly is cancel culture?

Is it someone getting fired for harassment or problematic views? No, that's a workplace doing its job.

Is it a popular figure losing fans or affiliations because of their past actions? No, that's the power of public opinion.

Is it a company choosing not to publish a book, or a group of people boycotting a brand? No, that's just the free market at work.
