As to the 'report' on Russian interference in 2016, this is what Clapper had to say about Russia:
Quotes from Clapper's testimony:
"They did not change any vote tallies or anything of that sort"
"We had no way of gauging the impact that - certainly the intelligence community cannot gauge the impact - it had on the choices the electorate made"
In other words
- the Russians didn't alter the vote
- there is NO EVIDENCE anything the Russians did changed any minds, and claims to the contrary are simply UNEVIDENCED opinions
- the vote reflected the 'choices the electorate made'
And a vote which reflects the will of the people is certainly a goal of any self-identified democracy, don't you agree SECOND?
