Well, I think a trade of cookies for a DVD box set is more than fair...
Mmmmm, cookies.

Is chocolate chip your preferred type? I can make...snickerdoodles too! Soft ones, not those nasty-ass hard ones from the grocery store.

A few pics of the Independents ringleaders of planet Delaware are now posted in the Blue Sun room.
The more I get to know people the more I like my dogs.

Huh?
Husband?
HUSBAND!!
Mal-licious, when I embarked upon my long-term, multi-phase plan to win your heart, I was under the distinct impression that my chief competition would consist of Zoid and Badger's Hat. I had plans in place to account for both of THEM, but...
But you have a HUSBAND?
This puts me at something of a disadvantage, I think.

Uh, does this mean that our Home Depot date is off?

Ooops again!
I'm sorry for the confusion as well as for the blurry photos. I left my husband in September and purchased a home of my very own. My son lives with me. Oh, by the way, I have an 18 year old son! Anyway, I'm still married. But things are....weird? He wants to patch things up, but I'm thinking things are not going to change enough to make me want to go back to living in the limbo/hell/purgatory that was our life together. I am much happier away from him and we get along much better this way. It is a very long and complicated story as are most relationship issues. Suffice it to say that we are BOTH Scorpios.
Damn. I guess Home Depot can never be....

NONSENSE! How could I miss out on meeting the great Mal-licious in such a fine place as Home Depot? I mean, they have faucets there! And door hinges! And... and... grout!

After all, I have already concocted a plausible excuse for my company to have me trained in Maryland. It hasn't been approved yet, so we will have to wait and see.
SERIOUSLY NOW (a rare state for The Real Me): Sorry if I got too nosey. Look for what can make you happy. If you get back with hubby and it works, great. If you strike out on your own instead, great. But don't end up "enduring" life. Life is too short for that kind of crap.
And, of course, I would be delighted to meet you under ANY circumstances (yes, even in Home Depot).

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you two work things out!!

Hey, TRM!
If you do come to MD message me and I'll intro you to some of the local geeks (or at least treat a fellow Flan to the best 'za on the planet!)
