So, OBVIOUSLY
- There's no common interest in defending the US borders against external threats? Let's get rid of the military then!
- There's no need to maintain a common currency? Let's get rid of the Treasury then!
- There's no need to facilitate interstate commerce? Or to regulate international trade? Strike Article I Section 8 Clause 3 from the Constitution, then!
And so on.
Come to think of it, if there are no common American interests, let's just get rid of the entire Constitution, and the federal government completely! Right? And now you've become a Texan GOPer!
But, if you're NOT a Texan GOPer, let me re-pose the questions:

Oh! yeah ... maybe you in your foreign land - wherever that may be - don't realize that the Civil War has been over for more than 155 years, and slavery has been over for more than 157 years. Slavery and the Civil War it sparked are both over and dead issues. No one is going to fight over slavery in the US again.

My habit of checking the praiseworthiness of Trumptards started with a used computer owned by an engineer, deacon of the church, good neighbor, man of the community. I got curious and technical. I found "deleted" files of his tax cheating and his porn that he hadn't properly erased. I regret destroying those files and keeping quiet. That was not the last time I looked -- really looked -- at who Trumptards are. (I actually turned that same process on me to check whether I could believe it, because I couldn’t believe how rotten these people were behind the lovely facade. The PI found all my embarrassing episodes and explained how he did it. Ugh, but none of those were criminal or godawful stuff I found on Trumptards.)
