I, for one, am completely against the idea of moving this thread into Troll Country (you hear that, Haken??). I say this not because I don't think that SumoSamurai's idea is totally assinine (which I do, 'cause it is), but because the replies are the funniest damned posts I've read since the "Top Ten Things I Learned from Firefly" thread months back. Seriously, we are some damned funny people! I mean, "Le Protein Bar", "Ethel the Aardvark Goes Quantity Surveying"--this stuff is comedy gold! If Samurai can get us to be this damned funny, I say he can post all the ridiculous suggestions he wants.

I politely disagree with the idea that Tarantino should hop aboard the Serenity movie boat. I really cannot see anyone but Joss directing the movies. Surprisingly enough, my feelings have nothing to do with the fact that I'm not the biggest Tarantino fan, but more to do with the fact that I can't see him doing Joss's chosen work

How can it be a big hurt? Joss dinna DIRECT "Alien Resurrection", heck most of his script got 'tweaked'into the standard-studio-mold by other screenwriters.
