The difference between white matter and gray matter, WISHY, is like the difference between telephone line (white matter) and switching network (gray matter), or between the etched lines on a cicuit board (white matter) and a CPU (gray matter): The gray matter is a PROGRAMMABLE connector, the white matter is a connector but not truly programmable. But feel free to triple down on stupid if you want to keep contesting that point.

Anyway, before you bury yourself deeper in that particular hole, I want to address this point:
MANY people signed loans that had been criminally misrpresented to them, and didn't discover until they faced newer, higher mortgage payments that the loan contained balloon payments or mortgage rates that were more adhustable, with higher rates, than they'd been told.
In other words, actual fraud. Apparently Citibank was infamous for that one. Also, they engaged in something called robo-signing- ALSO illegal. Which is one of the reasons why it was such a shame that OBAMA DIDN'T THROW A SINGLE BANKER IN JAIL. By contrast, during the S&L crisis under Reagan, 1,000 bankers went to prison.
