I don't think arguing about cops has any point.

They aren't going away.

The country can't run without them, and we can't fix the system. There are many processes that really do require them.

Raging against them isn't helpful. It just makes them worse.

Find ways to be helpful.

I'm white what color are you? I have had several negative interactions with Blacks. Once I was walking down the street and got jumped by a pickup truck load of Blacks. It started with them saying "hey, do you know you're white' then they pounced. So should I say all Blacks are racists, bigots and criminals? Yes, I am aware the police are full of racists. The problem you have is you see the police as being mostly racist. Want to fix it? Get a two year degree in policing and become a cop.
