OK, we are going to need this thread just to cover all the different losses for Trump in the courts.
Trump and Republican officials have won zero out of at least 39 lawsuits they've filed since Election Day
The campaign filed lawsuits and motions to intervene in cases in swing states Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
They've notched zero victories, 36 cases where they've withdrawn or lost, and have three cases pending.

Oh shit, kiki gave us no links, I wonder why? Where to begin? I know;
Supreme Court puts off ruling on Trump census case to exclude undocumented immigrants
WASHINGTON — On the last day for its rulings in 2020, the Supreme Court on Monday took no action on President Donald Trump's plan to exclude undocumented migrants from the census figures used to calculate each state's representation in Congress.
The Trump administration had urged the court to take the case on a fast track and issue a decision before the president is required to submit the census report to Congress in early January. But by the time the case was argued Nov. 20, the Census Bureau conceded that it has no idea yet know how many people would be excluded or when it will have the answer.
It appeared Monday that the justices declined to act for that reason. The next scheduled day for the court to issue decisions is in early January.

Big surprise. Non-US-Citizen Ted wants Democrats to allow all Non-US-Citizens to be able to break the law and come here to leech off of us.
Fuck you Ted.
And you wonder why normal people hate Democrats.
The first draft of anything is shit. :)

Raffensperger: Trump could face investigation over election call
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Monday that it was unlikely his office would open an investigation into his weekend phone call with President Donald Trump, but suggested a criminal probe could still be launched by an Atlanta-area district attorney.

Trump can't do anything unless it's illegal. And boy is he desperate.

Georgia Democratic lawmaker to seek censure of Trump over Raffensperger call
A Democratic lawmaker from Georgia said Sunday that he would introduce a motion to censure President Trump in the House on Monday over audio of him pressuring Georgia's secretary of state to overturn the results of the 2020 election in the Peach State.
Rep. Hank Johnson (D), who represents part of Georgia's DeKalb County, tweeted that the president's remarks to Brad Raffensperger (R) in audio reported by The Washington Post earlier Sunday constituted a "violation of state and federal law."
