Ron Watkins, before deleting his Parler account, just admitted that his dad, Jim Watkins, manipulated 8kun/8chan to post as Q. This is huge news. He also stated that he didn't care if Trump or Biden won, that he was tired of everything. Seems Fred Brennan, the old owner, archived it.

1. The son and ex-working-partner of Jim Watkins.

Parler is a microstatus service (see also: Twitter and Mastodon) that advertises itself under the guise of "freedom of speech" but seems just geared towards the conspiracy theory crowd and racist dogwhistlers exploiting the lenient to nonexistent moderation on the new platform. I have personally attempted to audit the client side codebase not long ago and to some extent gave up because it was a huge pile of rubbish that I wouldn't expect any sane person to audit themselves. I would not doubt that the client or server code has lurking security vulnerabilities.
3. Jim Watkins is the dude that Fred Brennan (aka then hotwheelz) passed 8chan over to at some point in the past when he did not like what his creation had turned into. He (Watkins) has operated a number of non-notable internet pornography websites (at least in the past) and I think he also runs some half-rate reverse-proxy/fronting cache. Think CloudFlare but for clients that they won't even take. He also probably has shady payment processors out the wazoo ready to take a really fat cut of his earnings (risk:reward ratio) all lined up to keep funding his stuff.
4. 8chan was an anonymous forum (imageboard) originally with software written by Fred Brennan where people were able to create their own topic boards and appoint moderation staff themselves, for free. Without having to go through the effort of how to set up a web server themselves in order to get things going. This of course turned out to be a very bad idea with very good intentions. [8chan eventually died and was resurrected as 8kun. I think the domain name got seized or something because they were hosting too much grey-area or even outright unmoderated illegal content that was left up for too long. I forget the details myself.]
5. Which leads us to some things I do not even care enough to have to explain to people at the moment. Basically Q seems to me like an obvious plant that was propagated by either/or likely both of the Watkins' own self interest to potentially drive more traffic to their 8chan/8kun website as well as outside interest of it fanning the flames of the Trump campaign's voter base in order to keep them more loyal. It doesn't seem intricate enough to have been a state level actor past a certain point. But over time the user identity or "tripcode" -- since identities are allowed, but usually frowned upon in this culture save for certain circumstances -- had changed. At least once but perhaps multiple times.
6. IDK some dipshit who works on fonts now. It's cool shit but maybe I am biased because I am reading this in my own letters too so I am at least biased about that aspect. -R. V. Klein
