“About a third of our healthcare dollars just go into paperwork,” Flowers explained. Insurance companies, administrators, accountants, and salesmen suck up this money, while no system exists to set and regulate healthcare prices. Drugmakers, too, are not forced by the government to regulate their prices, making the discovery and marketing of new drugs a lucrative venture for these firms.

Whether Biden* becomes President or not depends on whether anyone with sufficient influence is willing to address the fact that the election* was deeply flawed.

The DNC won't.
The RNC won't.
Barr probably won't (The pack of rats that used fake "intelligence" to conduct an attempted coup has not been indicted much less arrested. Epstein committed "suicide" on Barr's watch. I don;t have much faith in him upholding justice.)
Maybe the individual state legislatures will.
Possibly the Supreme Court.

I would be vastly surprised if anyone undertook to clean up these Augean stables.

Returning to the "status quo" is not a good thing, because the American "status quo" is UNACCEPTABLE to most of the people in the USA.

UNLIKE THE USA, Canada does NOT spend 3.4% of its GDP on the military (Canada spends 1.3%) and it does NOT spend 18% of its GDP on crappy, incomplete healthcare (Canada spends about 9%, and covers everyone).

I think you think that the USA is like Canada, only bigger. Well, we may be bigger, but we're far worse-off. These appointments are bad news for the USA. They may make China, the EU, NATO, big pharma, big tech, the military-industrial complex, and the Davos crowd happy, but they are NOT good for Americans.
