Stupid people don't know they're stupid, and they certainly don't realize how obvious it is to others.
And there are a lot of people in the Administration who are anti-Trump, and who don't mind actively spreading lies about Trump. After all, look at Comey, Vindeman, Rice, Brennan, etc etc.
A lot of people working for Pence would love nothing better than to see "their guy" in the Oval Office, if only because it would elevate their status. This isn't the first Pence person who tried to stab Trump in the back.
It's like effing Game of Thrones over there, just without the dragons and white walkers.

I still think it's funny that the title doesn't match the video and that still hasn't been addressed.
