The old man showed me the first ep of season 2 of The Boys. I'll be watching the rest of that soon.

He's also a big fan of another comic book related show called Utopia on Amazon Prime. Haven't made up my mind if I'm going to watch it yet. Tons of people get killed. Not really my bag.

If anybody watches it I'd like to know what you think.

Last night was something like "emergency calls" which was described as a reality show, so I wasn't highly interested. But there was nothing else on for a bit. But it was quite riveting, think like COPS but on the 911 center end.

That will likely not be shown outside America.

Speaking of COPS, they're putting the show back on the air.

The pendulum is starting to swing back the other way.

Let's make sure it doesn't swing as far this time as it did last time, mkay?

You really should check out Utopia, assuming you can stomach the first few episodes.

Given the subject matter, I'm actually quite surprised that they decided to release it.

Without giving any spoilers, I'd say that releasing Utopia in 2020 is akin to releasing any movie or TV show that showed the Twin Towers in the immediate aftermath of 9/11.

Which broadcast network/channel is that on?

It's on Amazon Prime. That's where most people would watch it.

Here's a trailer for it.

I screened it first to make sure that it wasn't heavy on spoilers.

Although I would have shown less, there's no way that you're going to know anything that's actually going to happen by watching it first.

I liked not really knowing anything going into it though. If I were you I'd skip the trailer and just give it a shot.

Last night the new season of Dust started, on TBD channel. Thast is where they normally have cat and dog vids all day.

Dust seems to be Sci-Fi shorts, independents.

Amazon? My antenna does not get that. Isn't that owned by that brainwashing guy, Fuckerberg or Bozo?
