A note created on October 15, 2019, found in Defendant’s Samsung S9 cell phone describing a plan to perform a mass shooting at a mall food court on Christmas or Black Friday;
Still images from video footage of the Christchurch, New Zealand mosque shooting that Defendant downloaded on March 21, 2020 and related internet searches;
A screenshot of the February 18, 2020 Reddit post by username AlextheBodacious referencing pedophilia and executing those he hates;
An internet post made by Defendant on February 22, 2020 referencing raping children and posting child porn;
An audio recording made on or about April 3, 2020 of Defendant narrating “the perfect porn video,” which describes Defendant killing two parents with a shotgun and then raping and impregnating their young daughter;
An April 8, 2020 internet post by AlextheBodacious stating that he was “going to do a columbine for a while, [but] I think it would better to put it towards something more memorable”;
An iFunny meme posted by Defendant on April 15, 2020 with the caption “should I kill joe biden?”;
A timeline of internet searches conducted by Defendant between March and May 2020 seeking information about Joe Biden’s home address, state gun laws, rifle parts, and night vision goggles, along with actions taken by Defendant, including posting the above mentioned meme about killing Joe Biden, purchasing an AR-15 in New Hampshire, traveling to a Wendy’s within 4 miles of Joe Biden’s home, and writing a checklist note ending with “execute”;
An April 20, 2020 video taken by Defendant’s cell phone while driving by Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas with audio of a male voice saying “There it is. That’s it. That’s the one, that’s where they did it. Allah Akbar! Ah hah, nice.”;
A video created on April 23, 2020 with Defendant’s cell phone at O’Hare International Airport with audio of a male voice suggesting that it would be “awesome” to hijack a plane and fly it into a building;
Images taken on or around April 26, 2020 at Range 56 shooting range at the Fort Bragg training area in North Carolina;
A description of and images from an electronic document entitled “A Guide to Mass Shooting” found on one of Defendant’s hard drives;
Drawings found in Defendant’s jail cell in August 2020 showing a stick figure labeled “me” beating a stick figure labeled “whoever the fuck calls the cops on a parked car” with a bat;
A handwritten “Autobiography” found in Defendant’s jail cell referencing mass shootings;
An image found on one of Defendant’s hard drives of a Polish passport that had been edited to bear Defendant’s face instead of the face of the original holder;
Images of Defendant’s current passport and a notation inside indicating that it is a replacement for a lost passport;
Audio from a May 29, 2020 jail call between Defendant and his mother,Kimberly Treisman, in which she suggests that Defendant should “jump bail”

How Hahn is connected to Peter Brimelow, the founder of the white nationalist hate group VDARE. VDARE traffics in the “white genocide” conspiracy theory, which suggests that white people are being systemically replaced in Western nations by non-white people. Brimelow’s group has also published apologia regarding the ideologies espoused by far-right mass murderers in El Paso, Texas, and Christchurch, New Zealand.
Before Hahn joined the right-wing website Breitbart News as an editor, she attended a writer’s workshop with the white nationalist publishing house The Social Contract Press. Her story pitches to Breitbart News show influence of the type of white nationalist worldview espoused by VDARE and The Social Contract Press.
Hahn maintained a close and intimate relationship with Stephen Miller during Trump’s first campaign for president. Hahn pushed for favorable coverage of Miller, according to the emails. In February 2017, after Hahn had joined the White House as an aide to President Trump, the emails show she urged McHugh to write a favorable story about Miller as a way of blunting criticism of him published in The New York Times. Hahn engaged with a social circle that overlapped with young extremists of the white supremacist-friendly “alt-right” movement. Emails back up her claim. For example, Hahn met white nationalist and Daily Caller editor Scott Greer, the emails show.
“Julia Hahn’s emails show very clearly that she is unfit to represent our country from the White House,” said Hayden. “Hahn was immersed in a culture of white nationalism and hate before Trump hired her, and her presence in our government is an insult to all Americans.”

Radical right–wing commentator Josh Bernstein appeared on “The NutriMedical Report” Tuesday, where he and host Bill Deagle repeatedly vowed to wage a violent civil war and kill left-wing activists if they “steal” the election from President Donald Trump.
Given that Bernstein has repeatedly insisted that any Joe Biden win will be due only to “massive voter fraud” and therefore illegitimate, it seems as if he and Deagle are fully prepared to engage in violence unless Trump is reelected.

Court documents say that between May 27 and May 28, Hunter traveled from Texas to Minneapolis with the intent to participate in a riot.
Investigators found posts on Facebook made by Hunter and Benjamin Ryan Teeter — another Boogaloo Bois member from North Carolina — stating that they were planning to go to Minneapolis. Hunter and Teeter communicated with each other as they traveled from their respective states to Minnesota, court documents said.
Hunter also communicated with Michael Solomon, a Boogaloo Bois member and a Minnesota resident. Hunter sent his precise location to Solomon on the evening of May 28, two blocks away from the Minneapolis Police Department’s Third Precinct building.
A video taken on the night of May 28 shows a man, identified as Hunter, firing 13 rounds from a semiautomatic rifle into the third precinct, according to court documents.
The shooter then walks toward the camera, high-fives another person and yells, “Justice for Floyd!”

The “Patriots for Trump” fundraiser event took place on October 9 and was held as part of the second annual Rod of Iron Freedom Festival. This festival is “a gathering of far-right ideologues and Second Amendment activists organized by the sons of the late Rev. Sun Myung Moon, the controversial Korean religious leader.”
The festival is connected to the Rod of Iron Ministries, a religious organization that emphasizes gun ownership, has some of its young members undertake “quasi paramilitary training,” and whose members sometimes hold AR-15-style assault weapons and wear crowns made of ammunition during worship. Rod of Iron Ministries founder Sean Moon preaches his belief that the current system of government in the United States will come to an end and he will be named king. The NRA Political Victory Fund, the gun group’s political action committee, paid $180 to rent a booth at the festival.

Even now, as leaders from both sides of the aisle call on him to tone down his violent rhetoric, Trump just keeps going, hostile as ever. He is trying to distract Americans from his failure to protect our families and trying to divide us further to win the election. He has taken to Twitter to spread lies and launch cheap insults against those with whom he disagrees. Eight months into the pandemic, he still does not have a plan to protect our frontline workers or rebuild our economy. He has only lies, vitriol, and hate. And as we saw earlier this month, his violent rhetoric puts leaders across the country in danger.
