I read your posts and I get ... tired. The mountain of malfeasance in the Obama administration; the Clintons separately, together, and with their foundation; and the DNC, is just exhausting to contemplate.
I admire your energy in the face of it.

Donald Trump mounted an overnight Twitter blitz demanding to jail his political enemies and call out allies he says are failing to arrest his rivals swiftly enough.
Trump twice amplified supporters’ criticisms of Attorney General William Barr, including one featuring a meme calling on him to “arrest somebody!” He wondered aloud why his rivals, like President Barack Obama, Democratic nominee Joe Biden and former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton hadn’t been imprisoned for launching a “coup” against his administration.
“Where are all of the arrests?” Trump said, after several dozen tweets on the subject over the past 24 hours. “Can you imagine if the roles were reversed? Long term sentences would have started two years ago. Shameful!”
By early afternoon, Trump was letting loose his frustrations in an all-caps missive.
“DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, THE BIGGEST OF ALL POLITICAL SCANDALS (IN HISTORY)!!! BIDEN, OBAMA AND CROOKED HILLARY LED THIS TREASONOUS PLOT!!! BIDEN SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO RUN - GOT CAUGHT!!!” Trump tweeted.

President Donald Trump is calling for his attorney general to indict his challenger, former Vice President Joe Biden, for the "greatest political crime in the history of our country."
On Thursday, Trump told Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo that Biden and Obama "spited' his campaign and urged Attorney General Bill Barr to indict them because "we got plenty, you don't need any more." Without an indictment, Trump said, "we'll get little satisfaction," and he "won't forget it."
In August, he told Bartiromo that Barr had a chance to be the "greatest of all time" and that he has all of the answers showing that it goes "right to" Obama and Biden. But, if he chooses to be politically correct, he'll end up being "just another guy."
Trump capitalized on the release of the documents, tweeting on Wednesday that the "treasonous act of spying and government overthrow" should disqualify Biden from running for president.

Well I guess the plot is not so secret anymore. Since RUSSIA!RUSSIA! failed, and "quid pro quo" impeachment failed, now they're doing this...

Citing 25th Amendment, Pelosi, Raskin move to create panel that could rule on president’s fitness for office
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Rep. Jamie B. Raskin (D-Md.) plan to introduce legislation Friday that would create a commission to “help ensure effective and uninterrupted leadership” in the presidency.
The panel would be called the Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and Duties of Office, “the body and process called for in the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution,” the offices of Pelosi and Raskin said in a statement announcing the move.
The 25th Amendment formalizes that the vice president takes over the duties of the presidency in the event of a president’s death, inability to perform his duties or resignation from office. It also lays out a process by which a sitting president may be removed from office. Congress’s role in this, however, is limited.

President Trump’s four-day hospitalization at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center after contracting the novel coronavirus forced the administration to answer questions about the 25th Amendment and succession.
Administration officials said Trump remained on the job despite his hospitalization for covid-19, the disease caused by the virus, and there were no plans for Vice President Pence to assume even temporary authority as president. Trump returned to the White House on Monday evening.
As Trump battles coronavirus, no plans for Pence to assume temporary authority, say administration officials
Pelosi, who as speaker is second in line to the presidency, previewed the move on Thursday, telling reporters that she would discuss the 25th Amendment on Friday. She did not elaborate.

“Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow, come here tomorrow,” Pelosi abruptly told reporters at her weekly news conference, during which she mainly spoke about the need for a new round of coronavirus economic relief. “We’re going to be talking about the 25th Amendment.”

Asked toward the end of her news conference whether she could give more details, Pelosi only reiterated her call for reporters to return Friday.
Raskin introduced a similar measure in 2017 that would establish a congressionally appointed commission of physicians and top leaders who could evaluate the president’s health — both mental and physical — and work with the vice president on a transfer of power.
At the time, the Maryland Democrat said the move was necessary because Trump had “thrown our country into chaos at every turn” since his inauguration that January.
“For the security of our people and the safety of the Republic, we need to set up the ‘body’ called for in the 25th Amendment,” Raskin said in 2017. “The president can fire his entire Cabinet for asking the same question tens of millions of Americans are asking at their dinner tables, but he cannot fire Congress or the expert body we set up under the Constitution.”
AD
Since Trump’s discharge Monday, some Democrats have voiced concern about the potential side effects of his medical treatment.
During an interview Wednesday on ABC News’s “The View,” Pelosi suggested that Trump’s covid-19 medications, which include steroids, may be having an effect on his mental capabilities.
“I said yesterday to my colleagues, I said there are those who say that the steroids had an impact on people’s thinking. I don’t know, but there are those health-care providers who say that,” Pelosi said. “Also, if you have the coronavirus, it has an impact, as well.”
Under the 25th Amendment, a president could be declared “disabled” and involuntarily removed from offNOTIFY: Y | REPLY | REPLY WITH QUOTE | PERMALINK | TOP | HOME
So, Nancy ... November is just one short month away.
If you were really confident that Joe Biden (everyone's creepy uncle) were going to win, you wouldn't be reaching for the 25th Amendment, you'd just let the elections play out and have a Democrat assume the office in January.
Could it be that your internal polling shows that "Quid pro Joe" might LOSE? Are you THAT desperate to overthrow the democratic process that you would try to remove... ONCE AGAIN ... a duly elected President who might win another term? Setting your (Congressional) opinion higher than the will of the people?
YOU'RE crazy, Nancy. Maybe Trump is crazy too, but the American people just might prefer his brand of crazy over your treasonous kind.

Quote:Trump's nuclear negotiation strategy is insanity: The Trump administration has asked the military to assess how quickly it could pull nuclear weapons out of storage and load them onto bombers and submarines if an arms control treaty with Russia is allowed to expire in February, according to three people familiar with the discussions.

The next step in this crazy Trump treaty negotiation "strategy" would be to drop a nuke in order to show he is serious about limiting nuclear weapons, but Trump remains sane enough, I hope, to wait until after his second inauguration.

Did you know that so far, Trump has pulled about 23,000 troops from foreign bases?
2,500 from Iraq
10,000 Germany

Quote:Where did you get your numbers? These announced drawdowns are occurring right before the presidential election. And like Trump’s unrealistic vaccine promise and his missing health-care plan, it requires scrutiny from the news media and the American public to understand whether Trump is actually delivering.

There is a story: Trump Didn’t Shrink U.S. Military Commitments Abroad—He Expanded Them. The President’s False Promise of Retrenchment.

That story is 10 months old. Maybe there is better and more recent information? Here is a story from this week: We’re suing the Pentagon to find out where U.S. troops are deployed. Trump says he’s bringing forces home. But we don’t have enough information to know if that’s true.
The Trump administration stopped releasing data on troop deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria starting in December 2017, which makes it extremely difficult to see whether they’re really withdrawing troops as the president said they would. Before then, under both Republican and Democratic administrations, the Defense Department made publicly available the number of U.S. civilian and military personnel serving in these countries in quarterly manpower reports.
To restart the release of this information, we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in April, but the Pentagon failed to respond. So we sued the U.S. government Wednesday to release this data, as well as information that shows why these records were kept hidden from the American public. The Project on Government Oversight will be filing a complaint as well in the coming days.
