It's probably best to look at per capita figures.

If 0.0001 B people die (100,000) it tells a different story if it's in India population 1.38 B or in Iceland population 0.0003 B.

San Marino
Peru
Belgium
Bolivia
Brazil
Spain
Andorra
Chile
US / Ecuador
UK

Note that San Marino's had 0 deaths for 4 months, and Belgium's had < 1death/M for 4 months. So they accumulated their per capita deaths very early in the pandemic, but have since brought it under control.

I'm not sure I trust the numbers from Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan but these Corona numbers were posted on wikipedia and let's look at them here

It would be interesting to compare Major cities, here are regions compared, parts of Asia perhaps coming across virus like SARS and MERS and neo animal-flus evolving from markets seems to have been ready for a lockdown or some kind of medical strategy

No. The numbers don't even seem high. Not even 4 times the amount of flu deaths a few years back.

And we've never stolen the cause of death to attribute it to the flu like we've done for Covid this year.
