You've got me mixed up with somebody else. I never cared about the rumors in the Steele Dossier. And the words "Russian collusion" were Trump's words, but what Mueller investigated was "Russian interference" in the 2016 election. Trump went crazy and said repeatedly that the Russians did not "collude" with him. Trump tried to make collusion == interference, doing the most he could to confuse the Public's understanding about what was the purpose of the Mueller Investigation.

Too bad for Trump, but the Senate Intelligence Committee reported that the Russians did interfere. Because Trump is very strange in the brain, he has kept insisting, even until today, that what provably happened didn't happen, at least not in Trump's head.

The conclusion was Trump is a Crook. He didn't collude with the Russians, but the Russians did interfere with the 2016 election.

"Them" is the Senate Intelligence Committee. There are 5 volumes of their work. If you are accusing "Them" of not coming to the conclusion Trump wanted, well, you will have to put your trust in Trump. But Trump is the "most psychotically disordered president in history".
