Leo Frank was a sexual predator and a homicidal pedophile. At the coroners inquest (Paul Donehoo’s query) which was a short number of days after the murder of Mary Phagan (4/26/13).
eo Frank was a Jewish-American businessman who raped and murdered a 13-year-old female employee named Mary Phagan. Frank then framed the Afro-American janitor.
