28 Million people out of work with only 5.9 Million job openings.

Congress takes their 6th Spring Break of the year to party up before making any progress on a new bill for unemployment and there are now talks that the 2nd stimulus check they've been saying was going to happen since the beginning might not even be a thing anymore.

Yup. We'll see how the 4th quarter goes if Leatherface Nancy doesn't go back to work like tomorrow.

Maybe she can sell her $24,000 refrigerator and help somebody pay their August rent with it.

I believe there's another huge market crash on the horizon. There's been almost nothing to justify the Dow's lightning fast recovery from the March crash, and with all the unemployment from lost jobs, a potential new mortgage default crisis is looming. In many ways we've never fully recovered from the last mortgage debacle. The Fed's been printing billions to prop up the economy for years. It is completely unsustainable. At any moment poor earnings, and/or just plain fear will crash this market back to 18,000 again.
