PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Protesters are expected to congregate in downtown Portland for a 66th straight night of demonstrations against police, racism and other causes Sunday evening, on the heels of three days of relative calm following the withdrawal of federal agents.
As a measure to save Trump's face, discussions between Oregon Governor Kate Brown and Vice President Mike Pence resulted in Oregon State Police troopers taking over for federal officers last Thursday. Since then, tear gas has not been deployed in downtown Portland. The tear gas was to win votes from Trump's strongest supporters, but the tear gas also made "Independent" voters feel nauseated and, therefore, less likely to vote for Trump. On Saturday, after Austin Police Department (APD) rattled the specter of an “Antifa uprising” in re-sponse the murder of Garrett Foster, the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and APD were primed for reactionary violence against the people.
As protesters assembled on the intersection of 4th and Congress, at Foster's memorial site, police un-leashed a wave of brutality. Tribune of the People releases this video pending a longer report in our up-coming edition. The police were seen threatening the use of banned “less lethal” rounds, assaulting those standing on the sidewalk, using pepper spray against journalists and protesters alike, and ramming their horses into crowds.
Witnesses report that APD was targeting women in particular with excessive force, while allowing Proud Boy, and Three Percenter militias to stand around on adjacent sidewalks armed and unmolested. The protesters were heavily armed as well and did not back down in the face of state brutality and fascist menacing. Protesters eventually marched, and shut down Interstate 35 for almost half an hour. More details to come.

WI lost about 453,000 jobs in April.
The UI release of funds is normally 3-4 weeks after the initial claim. So as of 15 March, they had not even finished with February.
So of the 463,500 that you posted, about 106,000 was from the March filings. that leaves about 356,500 of April filings that have been completed as of your post, AT THE END OF JULY!
Therefore, the fact that they are currently processing claims from the 2nd week of April are not disputed.
So the information that you posted confirms that they have not released the Federal Funds from the end of April - more than 13 weeks ago!
So they have processed about 6 weeks worth of claims in the past 4 1/2 months, or less than 1.5 weeks worth of claims per every MONTH they whittled away on the backlog. The 16 weeks from mid-April until now would take over 10 MONTHS at their current rate of processing, withholding every cent of Federal PUA's $600 per week until next May, just because of their bureaucratic pretexts to punish America.
