It's too bad that public figures like Trump and Barr must meet a higher bar to sue for defamation: Unlike private individuals they must prove malice on the part of the defamer. Otherwise, MSNBC, CNN, NYT and WAPO should have been sued for defamation thousands of times over.
OH, and BTW... the case against Flynn was dropped because NEW EVIDENCE was found that showed the FBI entrapping Flynn, then hiding the evidence against it, and hiding their own documents which indicate his innocence.
Not only is that entrapment, it's serious prosecutorial misconduct. If you paid as much attention to FACTS as you do to allegations, you'd be a lot farther ahead.
Barr has solid evidence for his actions.
This is just to "allege" against Barr in advance of the INDICTMENTS that will be coming out against the FBI colluders and (for all I know) Biden himself.
