I'm impressed. That artist not only knows how to use a comma, but also knows the difference between to, too and two.
I hope you've learned something today, Ted.

Top U.S. watchdog vows 'aggressive' oversight of Trump administration after intel firing

Two top administration officials last year listed the threat of a pandemic as an issue that greatly worried them, undercutting President Donald Trump's repeated claims that the coronavirus pandemic was an unforeseen problem.

Keep on drinking that Kool-Aid, buddy.
I'm sure this is all legit like that story about Trump getting pissed on by hookers a few years back. Or pissing on hookers or whatever the fuck Maddow was lying about in 2016.

Editorial: Mr. Trump, our lives depend on you unjamming the testing backlog. Are you listening?
Weeks into this crisis, and Harris County, where Houston is located, has only tested 8,300 people for the coronavirus.
Germany, which has one of the lowest fatality rates in the world, is running 500,000 tests a week. Texas had tested about 55,000 people in total.
President Donald Trump said he hasn’t heard about testing problems recently.
“We’ve tested more now than any nation in the world. We’ve got these great tests, and we’ll come out with another one tomorrow that’s, you know, almost instantaneous testing,” he said on a March 30 call with governors. “But I haven’t heard anything about testing being a problem.”
He needs to listen harder.

I'm curious about the tone. What sort of "unjamming" are they saying needs to happen? Up until this point we've heard that there aren't enough tests. The article seems to imply that there's plenty of them but somebody is just sitting on them. What is true?
And about this point specifically:
Quote:
Governors in blue and red states continue to sound the alarm at the lack of testing capability, which limits their capacity to respond to a growing crisis that has killed more than 8,000 Americans and ground the economy to a halt.
Incorrect.
The virus has killed more than 8,000 Americans. The crisis is the response to the virus that has ground the economy to a halt.
