The reason this in "Other Science Fiction Series" is because at the end of the day, it is fiction. But I actually do believe if Clinton had been true to himself and acted the way he really wanted to, this is what would have happened.

Event Description: Bill Clinton begins plotting how to circumvent the Constitution and become President-for-life. He also begins plotting how to make sure that only people with political views friendly to him are allowed any sort of political voice.

Event Description: President Clinton begins instituting cleverly disguised loyalty tests for members of the armed forces. Clinton did this to determine who would be most likely to help him when the time came.

Event Description: Rush Limbaugh dies under mysterious circumstances while visiting family in Missouri. It's widely speculated that the President had something to do with his death, even though the doctor states that his death was due to natural causes.

Event Date: 10-7-1995
Event Description: President Clinton proposes elimination of the national speed limit. He explains to the press that he feels that states would be better able to determine what speed limits should be. His actual goal is to do some token things to raise his popularity.

Event Date: 11-20-1995
Event Description: Former President Bush and his entire family are assassinated. While appearing to be an Iraqi operation, it was actually secretly orchestrated by Clinton.

Event Description: President Clinton launches a cruise missle attack against Iraq in "retaliation" for the Bush assassination. Among the Iraqi casulities are Saddam Hussein and his sons Uday and Qusay.

Event Description: Along with his wife and two daughters, George Walker Bush - who was thought dead at first - turns up in San Antonio, Texas. He goes into hiding after learning that elements of the United States government were behind the assassination of the rest of his family.

Event Description: Uday and Qusay Hussein are dead, and Saddam is critically injured. Osama bin Laden arranges to have Saddam treated for his injuries at a secret location

Event Description: Over a two year period Bill Clinton begins moving people friendly to his agenda into positions of power. Those who object to what Clinton is doing suddenly find themselves facing trumped up charges.

Event Description: The Montana massacure takes place. Military forces loyal to Clinton sweep through the states of Montana and eastern Idaho, destroying militias that were active in the area. They also kill those who are known to be in oppostion to the president. Over 100,000 people are killed, with another 22,000 wounded.

Event Description: Working with foreign groups who's support he bought, the President manages to stage a terrorist attack on Miami, Florida. Over 10,000 people are killed, and another 30,000 are seriously injured. President Clinton uses this as an excuse to declare martial law. Several high ranking Democrats in Congress use procedural methods to block any Congressional action against the President.

Event Description: President Clinton disolves Congress and suspends the United States Constitution. He has Federal Troops storm the US Capital. Most Republican and Democrat members of Congress are either killed, captured, or in hiding. All the major news outlets (CNN, Fox, ABC, CBS, and NBC) are taken over by the government. Federal Troops kill Newt Gingrich and Bob Dole the moment they come across them. The troops give a "they resisted arrest" defense, which the media accepts without question. Clinton withdraws his government from the United Nations. The United Nations ambassadors are ejected from the US. Many small resistance movements begin to pop up. These resistance groups are made up of mainstream people, rather than the right

So you are saying you agree with someone else's paranoid view of what Clinton would have done (in an alternate universe, perhaps) if he had followed his supposed daydreams, ignored most every law on the books and tried to appoint himself despot? In that same world I'd have killed 50 or so people by now, just for starters. Thank God we ALL hold back!
