Both the Gallup numbers for impeachment and for Trump's approval actually reflect better on Trump than the RCP aggregate as a whole now.

So, as anyone who's been following the news (and not just trolling for propaganda) realizes, some members of the Trump administration refused to testify in secret hearings without counsel present, citing executive privilege. In other instances, the subpoenas were challenged over jurisdiction. Those issues were put to the courts, and have worked their way up from lower court to federal court to ... The Supreme Court.

Well, the headline is a bit over-stated. However, it challenges the democrats' contention that Trump is obstructing Congress simply by claiming executive privilege - or at least, it helps establish the right to have Congressional subpoenas adjudicated in court.
