This brings to mind a sales call I took a few days ago. Normally I don't answer these (clearly) spoofed numbers but everyone else was asleep nd I didn't want the phone to wake anyone up, so I picked it up. The cpnversation went something like this, when what sounded like a young black man* (*YBM) hesitantly asked
YBM: Is XXXX XXXX there?
ME: Who is this?
YBM: (more assertively) Is XXXX XXXX there?
ME: But who's calling?
YBM: None of you goddamn business, bitch!
ME: I'd like to get your number.
YBM: If you do it'll lead nowhere, That's why I use it. Get off the phone, bitch!
I was starting to explain that HE called ME when he finally clued in and hung up.
Whichever telemarketer paid him couldn't have been very pleased with his performace. Sounds like they hired an inmate or parollee or something. True story.

That totally didn't happen. That's as bad as one of Kookie's "true stories." It's a bold lie, have to give you props for that. What I find even funnier is Jack has no clue he's being recruited - priceless.
