I cant' think of any movies, but really cringy shows, like kids shows from the 70's is what comes to mind for me.
Most live action shows from the likes of Sid and Marty Krofft. But those were campy even for kids, 40 years ago.

One of my favs is Leprechaun in the Hood.
I know it's played out now since the internet found out about it, but Troll 2 has topped my list since my friends and I would joke about it back in Highschool. "Nilbog spelled backwards is Goblin!"
For bigger budget Hollywood flicks, my favorite would probably be Malibu's Most Wanted.
